بررسی آماری بیماران بستری شده با تشخیص هیپرپاراتیروئیدیسم اولیه در بیمارستان های امام خمینی (ره) و شریعتی تهران، سال های ۷۶-۱۳۶۷

هدف از این بررسی تعیین شیوع سنی، فراوانی جنسی، بارزترین علت مراجعه بیماران و شیوع سایر علائم و نشانه های بیماری هیپرپاراتیروئیدیسم می باشد. پرونده 47 بیمار مبتلا به هیپرپاراتیروئیدیسم اولیه که در بخش غدد بیمارستانهای امام خمینی «ره» و شریعتی تهران از سال 1367 تا سال 1376 بستری شده بودند، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این بررسی مشخصات بیماران از جمله سن، جنس، علائم بالینی و علائم رادیوگرافی مد نظر بود. با آمارهای به دست آمده مشخص شد نسبت ابتلا زنان به مردان 7 به 1 بوده و بیشترین میزان شیوع بیماری در دهه چهارم می باشد. دردهای منتشر استخوانی بارزترین شکایت اصلی بیماران بوده و بیشترین یافته رادیولوژیک در بیماران osteopenia است. در ضمن نمونه ای از هیپرپاراتیروئیدیسم با تظاهرات استخوانی فک پایین و استخوانهای دیگر نیز گزارش گردیده است.
